comfortable and safe position for breastfeeding. Once your baby has attached to your breast, make sure that you tighten the sling again so that your baby is safe and comfortable. Always ensure the safety of your baby while breastfeeding in the sling. Give your baby full support and keep their face in view at all times. Ensure that your baby is feeding correctly and that their airways are clear at all times. After breastfeeding, follow all our instructions for safe positioning.

Yes. There are very strict regulations when it comes to selling baby carriers. Our rings slings are made of high-quality woven fabrics and unwelded aluminium rings. Aellana's slings are in compliance with the CPSIA and ASTM safety standards and are tested at a CPSC-approved lab. Yes! Our ring slings are perfect for all 4 seasons of the year. Aellana slings are made from our custom woven blend of 70% bamboo and 30% hemp. The fabric is lightweight and powerfully insulating, it keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Make sure that you do not overdress your child as your body heat may make your child very warm.

WASH:
Hand wash or machine wash in cold water. If possible, use a wash bag. Choose a delicate/gentle cycle. Only use liquid detergent. Do not bleach.

DRY:
Hang or lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Press with iron if necessary.

KEEP YOUR SLING BEAUTIFUL:
If you are on the go and not wearing your sling, you can fold your sling and carry it in the provided drawstring bag. If you are at home and not wearing the sling, we recommend draping the sling over a clothing hanger and hanging it in your closet. You will avoid wrinkles in the fabric and it will not collect dust.

Aellana guarantees all slings to be free of manufacturer defects for 1 year from the purchase date or for 1.5 years if you extend your warranty here. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, fabric fading, fabric nubs and slubs, or damage to the sling from outside forces. Please, examine your sling upon receipt, before washing or wearing. We do not replace items where it cannot be determined whether a flaw was present when the sling arrived or whether it occurred during wash/wear.
